What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming – NLP is a way of learning to programme your mind and behaviour through understanding how you interpret the external events that happen in life. Coaches use tools and techniques to enable clients to perform at their best the majority of the time and have control over their state and emotions by reframing and reprogramming their representation of events.
NLP uses the resources of the subconscious mind to master emotions and feelings, and using it to the client’s advantage.
NLP requires the client to want the change.
